We've sent these a couple times as gifts, and they were very well received. The recipients loved the fruit and said it was delicious. We had no difficulties ordering or with any other issues, so we'll continue to order from this place. Almost everyone loves fruit, so you know you got the right gift every time.

This company has a great web site to order from - BUT looks can be deceiving... My husband and I Ordered Fruit Club DeLight for 4 months starting in Jan 2008 as a gift to my Grandparents. Each fruit shipment was to arrive the second week of every month... The first shipment NEVER arrived in Jan and when it did arrive the next month it was VERY MUSHY. The company did send out a replacement two weeks later. The second shipment was to be received on 2/15/08 and has still NOT ARRIVED!!! Called their customer service today on 3/3/08 and they said that the order department will probably call me in the next two or three days to resolve. Perhaps they are hoping that I forget!!!

GotFruit did not deliver when promised and made no attempt to resolve the problem. If they can't deliver a perishable product on time and provide lousy service, how do they justify their high prices?

We purchased this as a gift to a relative.
It is the best money I have ever spent. We hear about it arriving every month from our relative.
Means a lot, and always great quality fruit.
