This unique condiment is a true culinary gem. Made in Spain, in the Cataluna region, by El Rebost de L'Empordanet (the "little corner of Emporda). You can use these for both sweet and savory dishes, as a base for sauces to pair with meat or game for example, or to garnish a sweet dessert. Lovely tiny pieces of violets can be seen through the transparent gelatin, and infuse it with a wonderful aroma. Feminine, delicate and delicious. Imported from Spain.
Ingredients: water, refined sugar, agar, xanthum gum, natural violet essence, dehydrated violet petals.
