Made in Spain, in the Cataluna region by El Rebost de L'Empordanet (the "little corner of Emporda). You can use this for both sweet and savory dishes, as a base for sauces to pair with meat or game for example, or to garnish a sweet dessert. This vinegar-like jelly can also substitute any salad dressing. Imported from Spain.
Ingredients: water, refined sugar, cava vinegar, agar agar, xanthum gum.
