This creamy and spreadable cheese is still made, as it has been for 300 years, in the same three counties in England. As compared to other blue cheeses, Stilton Blue is lighter than Gorgonzola and richer than Danish Blue. Salty, with a very sreadable consistency. Easy to melt, this British import is paired with salads, or baked into biscuits.
