Product Description A deliciously friendly artisan soft cows milk cheese, un-pressed, surrounded by a moist red rind that has been washed with water. Produced on location at the village of Gevrey-Chabertain in Bourgogne, France, where it is matured for three weeks, and great for all seasons.
NOTE: Due to a current FDA restriction on the importation of unpasteurized milk products, we are unable to currently import this cheese and it will be unavailable until further notice.
