A traditional Breton biscuit, these galletes are made by Trau Mad in Pont Aven. Followin the same original recipe that started the company in the 1920s. The cookies are thin, buttery and wonderful. Similar to a shortbread cookie, with that melt-in-your mouth texture and rich flavor. Imported from France.
