Maltitol is an all natural Sugar Free Sweetener that makes a perfect replacement for Sugar for Diabetics or Low Carb Dieters. The body absorbs Maltitol more slowly than sugar and as a result does not cause fluctuations in blood glucose levels like Sugar does.
