oh my. this was one of those middle-of-the-night impulse purchases. don't know what possessed me, but am i glad whatever it was, did! this is sooo good. smooth and creamy and artichoke-y. delicious on raw vegetables or crackers. or on a spoon. or a finger. you get the idea! i'm going to order more as soon as i finish typing this review!
