Rated World's Best at the Biennial World Natural Cheese Contest, BelGioioso Parmesan is aged over 10 months in special curing rooms. This naturally low-fat cheese is typically grated or shredded over pasta, rice, soups and salads. Its rich flavor also makes it perfect for sauces, snacks and desserts. PLEASE NOTE: During the lovely cold winter months we do not automatically use insulated shipping containers. We suggest purchasing an Artisan Pantry insulated shipping container and ice packs for an additional cost if you order very soft cheeses (ex: mascarpone, gorgonzola) or if the time in transit to you would exceed 2-3 days from Wisconsin.
